Hello
Stool analysis findings suggests colitis due to E.histolytica.It is confirmed by cysts and trophozoites of E.histolytica.
Patient may need proper treatment for this protozoa.
Patient may need medicines drugs like tablet metronidazole 750 mg thrice daily for six-seven days.
Drugs like Paromomycin,diloxanide furoate etc can also be prescribed.
Plenty of fluids should be given to the patient.
Patient should be fed hygienic food.
